In this pivotal role within the Technology Ops & Support Partners team, you will report to the Manager of Technology Change Control. You will facilitate oversight of IT changes ensuring they are well-assessed, approved, and compliant with ITIL practices. This role involves monitoring the lifecycle of changes, ensuring strict adherence to change governance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within Aviso.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate intake, review, and approval of IT change requests
• Manage Change Advisory Board and Emergency CAB materials




• Review change records for completeness and risk assessment
• Maintain a forward schedule of changes for conflict identification
• Support post-implementation reviews and remediation tracking

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent
• 4+ years in IT change management or related fields
• Proven ITIL change management capabilities
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
