As a Delivery Partner at Magnit, you will oversee efficient service delivery for our renowned clients. This position demands a strong focus on quality client service and site operations, along with hands-on experience in vendor management and staffing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and utilize VMS software to ensure that our contractual obligations meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of Magnit's product and service delivery
• Maintain quality service and site operations on a daily basis




• Facilitate requisition fulfillment through VMS systems
• Resolve issues related to staffing and client management
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Minimum 3 years in MSP client services or recruitment
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
