Alberta Health Services in Calgary’s South Health Campus seeks a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous, expert care for frail older adults in acute care. You will perform CGAs, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with the geriatric and multidisciplinary teams.
The role emphasizes leadership, education, and research involvement, with opportunities to influence elder-friendly policies and improve care quality across the Calgary Corridor.
