TechDoQuest is seeking an experienced IMS/Cloud SBC engineer in Canada to support wireless/wireline projects. You will engage in end-to-end call flow analysis, service assurance, and KPI tracking while configuring systems after upgrades and deployments.
The role requires hands-on experience with IP telephony protocols (SIP/RTP/SDP) and IMS, plus expertise in AudioCodes SBC on cloud environments. Collaboration with customers for requirements is essential.
