As we continue expanding into new territories, we are looking for dedicated Benefits Representatives who are driven, professional, and ready to grow with our team.

Responsibilities Provide helpful information to members regarding available products and services Answer questions related to coverage, benefits, and account details Stay informed on current and updated programs, products, and service options Review member needs and help identify suitable, cost‑effective solutions Maintain a qualified and supportive experience for every client interaction

Qualifications Previous experience in customer service,



sales, or a related field is an asset Strong ability to build rapport with clients Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills
