This contract role focuses on providing first and second level Help Desk support while collaborating with WT&DEX; teams. You will troubleshoot Windows 11 desktops, maintain asset inventory, and assist with device setups to ensure employee efficiency. Exposure to enterprise technologies will expand your expertise in IT operations and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for staff
• Troubleshoot desktop and mobile device issues




• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices following procedures
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:
• Previous end-user technical support experience
• Robust skills with Microsoft 365 applications
• Knowledge of Active Directory management
• Experience in workstation deployments and asset management
• Valid G driver's license for travel requirements
