You will manage a donor portfolio, develop tailored engagement strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet fundraising goals and create lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and steward leadership donors with personalized engagement strategies
• Develop a comprehensive portfolio of transformational gift prospects
• Create innovative strategies linking donors with MS Canada’s mission




• Collaborate with volunteers and executives to foster philanthropy
• Shape an impactful culture of giving through fundraising initiatives

Requirements:
• Proven major gift fundraising experience with five- and six-figure gifts
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust project management capabilities for multiple priorities
• Proficiency in CRM/database systems for donor management
• Flexibility to travel within Canada for donor meetings
