Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical assessments on patients
• Administer medications and manage wound care
• Participate in nursing rounds and family meetings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:
• Registered in good standing with CNO
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• 2 years of acute care clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
