• Manage all aspects of catering and special events
• Develop catering solutions to meet client needs
• Train and supervise catering employees for quality assurance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years management experience in catering
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Advanced computer skills in inventory and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle access required
