As a Personal Support Worker at Spectrum, you will be vital in enhancing patients' quality of life. Your role includes personal care, assistance with daily activities, and responding to the ever-changing needs of patients and families. You will work under a Home Support Supervisor while ensuring patient safety during their recovery or aging process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care, including bathing and meal preparation
• Assess and respond to patients' changing needs
• Communicate Total Care resources to patients




• Perform tasks under supervision of Home Support Supervisor
• Travel within assigned region to various patient residences
Requirements:
• Valid PSW Certificate or RN/RPN student (year one completed)
• Ability to lift 23 kg and assist in mobility
• Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certifications
• Explicit Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check
