As part of the Maintenance Work Management & Performance Department, you will focus on work management in SAP and drive continuous improvements in work identification and execution. The position includes delivering training, documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your ability to analyze metrics will support operations in Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-user support on SAP work management processes
• Optimize work management and SAP functionality for efficiency




• Deliver training and develop work instructions for SAP use
• Manage SAP reporting including KPIs and dashboards
• Support alignment of CMMS practices across Cenovus sites

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance within energy sector
• Solid experience with SAP Plant Maintenance module
• Background in report building and data analysis
• Post-secondary education in a technical field preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
