Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling at multiple facilities.
Perform minor repairs and general maintenance in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
Troubleshoot basic plumbing issues, replace fixtures, and address minor building repairs.
Conduct routine facility checks and report major maintenance issues.
Drive a company-provided truck between facilities, transporting tools and supplies as needed.
Maintain clean, secure, and orderly facilities.
Qualifications
Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a skilled trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar).
Valid driver's licence and a safe driving record.
Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs.
Reliable, independent, and comfortable with physical tasks, including garbage handling.
Ideal for someone who is retired, semi-retired, or looking to slow down from working in the trades while staying active in a hands-on role.
Company Truck Provided
Must reside in Hamilton, Stoney Creek, St. Catharines, or the surrounding area.
