The client seeks an experienced Senior Agile Coach to support agile transformation efforts. With expertise in coaching teams and measuring flow, your role emphasizes working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and leadership. Your background in IT development and familiarity with CI/CD practices will drive continuous improvement through data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach roles including Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Measure and enhance flow with data-driven insights
• Contribute to the Agile Center of Excellence’s service offerings




• Facilitate train-level discussions and influence without authority
• Support continuous improvement through agile methodologies

Requirements:
• 3+ years as an Agile Coach within 8 years of experience
• Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and systemic reading
• Knowledge of change management approaches (asset)
