Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Monitoring animal health Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain livestock performance records Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs Maintain work records and logs Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work workplace for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
