Scrum Master / Project & Delivery leader Data Governance Location: Toronto (3 4 days a week hybrid) Duration: 6 Months As a Scrum Master/ Project & Delivery Lead in the Data Governance team, my primary accountability is to drive execution, coordination, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of Data Governance initiatives, ensuring Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Accountability Framework, and Governance programs move from strategy into operational adoption while providing leadership visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes Key areas to own: Delivery & execution Stakeholder coordination Governance program enablement Executive reporting Stewardship engagement Cross-functional facilitation Continuous improvement & adoption metrics Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery of Data Governance initiatives and strategic roadmap items Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Data Stewards, Data Owners, Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture,



and Business stakeholders Drive stewardship adoption, accountability framework implementation, data literacy, metadata management, and data quality programs Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance-related blockers to ensure timely decision-making and execution Provide leadership visibility through executive reporting, KPI tracking, roadmap updates, and governance metrics Facilitate governance forums, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across governance processes and tooling About Tek
