Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform — from development to production (“you build it, you run it”) About You Basic Qualifications 8+ years of professional software development experience 8+ years of experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python - preferred, Java, Go, C++, or similar) 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating highly scalable, distributed systems in production Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Other Qualifications Familiarity with LLM-based application design, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs into production systems Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)



Experience mentoring junior engineers Experience with the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems Knowledge of software development best practices (Dev

Ops, CI/CD, automated testing, observability) Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with Elasticsearch Experience working within fast-paced, agile environments and multi-functional teams Robust communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful solutions Committed to fostering an inclusive, team-oriented environment and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement Visa and work permit sponsorship is available for this role.
