Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals.

This role involves gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, driving growth through market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

The position requires extensive experience in integrated enterprise project management, technical deployment, and public sector processes.

Responsibilities: Identify product gaps, generate new ideas, and improve customer experience to drive market growth.

Create internal and external buy-in for product vision and strategies.

Develop pricing and positioning strategies for products.

Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and resource-effective product delivery.

Lead product launches and coordinate with PR, executives, and product teams.

Evaluate promotional plans for alignment with product line strategies.

Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding.

Engage with customers to gather feedback on products and services.

Manage multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams.

Oversee stakeholder management, risk assessment, change management, and resource allocation.

Lead technical deployment and integration activities, including Oracle Siebel CRM and IT infrastructure rollouts.

Develop and maintain project documentation including business cases, privacy and threat impact assessments.

Required Skills: 10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience across business and I⁢ teams.

Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.

Expertise in stakeholder, risk, change, issue, time, scope, and resource management.





Experience validating financial forecasts and managing project expenditures.

Strong skills in formulating business and technical requirements, and defining product visions and goals.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Project, Power

Point, Word, Teams) and project collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Kan

Ban, etc.).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scalable minimum viable products.

Technical knowledge of Oracle and related deployment environments.

Experience with IT project management, specifically Oracle Siebel CRM.

Ability to lead QA activities and processes.

Experience creating privacy, financial, communication, and IT documentation.

Lean Six Sigma expertise.

Desired Skills: Experience with Service

Ontario projects.

Prior experience in OPS or public sector environments.

Knowledge of government network and desktop infrastructure procurement and support models.
