About the position In collaboration with the Treatment and Optimization Manager, the massage therapist provides professional massages and body treatments to customers.

Responsibilities Provide exceptional care to Bota Bota’s customers Be on the constant lookout for prevailing trends Awareness of the services and products offered at Bota Bota Ensure the cleanliness of your area and maintain an adequate stock of necessary supplies Maintain the standards of hygiene and sterilization according to your profession’s code of ethics Be aware of customer questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner Adopt a positive attitude that will help maintain a friendly and professional professional environment Qualities required Rigorous punctuality Creativity Interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a short time Effective and productive interventions in an effervescent environment Enthusiasm and mastery of customer service skills Loves to work with the public and favors a friendly approach Excellent oral communication and listening skills Discretion and respect for confidentiality Requirements Be self-employed Minimum 2-year experience in massage therapy Experience in the field of spas Possess a diploma from a recognized school Master a minimum of two techniques among: Swedish, Californian, deep tissue, sport, reflexology, lomi lomi, shiatsu, heated shells, lymphatic drainage Be a member of a recognized association and be able to issue receipts Possess qualified liability insurances Excellent master of French and English Have access to the internet and a smartphone to view your schedule and communications Have a paid, ad-free Spotify subscription to access the Bota Bota playlists Have a clean criminal record (record will be verified prior to onboarding) If you’re interested, please send a message to Arnaud Gaston at
