Description: Responsible for breaking down, cutting, trimming, and preparing large quantities of meat products for wholesale distribution.
This role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to strict food safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has solid butchery skills, experience with high-volume production, and the ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Proficiency in English language skills (reading, writing and verbal).
Valid Class G license.
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, and ability to work well with others.
Rotating duties with pressure washing and general cleaning of the plant to include rotating Saturday schedule.
