Lead on project blueprints and design specifications.

Marketing Technology Platform Knowledge Support architecture across marketing technology ecosystems, including: Customer Personalization Platforms Salesforce Marketing Cloud Salesforce Data Cloud Concept of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Campaign Management Platforms Digital Channels Integration Digital Asset Management System Consent & Preference Management Marketing Analytics Platforms AI/GenAI-enabled Marketing Capabilities Data & Integration Architecture Design integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.

Define API-first and event-driven architecture patterns.

Establish data-sharing strategies across platforms.

Support real-time, near real-time, and batch integration patterns.

Design customer data synchronization approaches across channels and platforms.

Ensure data lineage, governance, and quality requirements are incorporated into solution designs. AI & Emerging Technology Enablement Assess AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI opportunities within marketing use cases.

Architect AI-powered customer engagement and personalization solutions.

Support integration of enterprise-approved LLM platforms into marketing workflows.

Evaluate vendor capabilities and emerging technologies for strategic fit.
