Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant Location: Windsor, ON Job Type: Contract to hire Wage: $20-22 Work Type: On-site Shift: 7am-3pm Elevate Recruitment & Staffing is hiring a Sales and Marketing Assistant for a Windsor based manufacturer and distributor of consumer products.

This is a hands on role supporting a small sales team, with real ownership of accounts and campaigns rather than fetching coffee.

Responsibilities Supporting the sales team Prepare quotes, enter orders, and follow up on open accounts Maintain customer records, pricing, and order history in the company system Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email and route them to the right person Coordinate with production and shipping on order timelines and customer commitments Prepare sales materials, product information sheets, and presentations Build and schedule social media, email, and promotional content Track sales and campaign performance and pull together straightforward reports Support trade shows, product launches,



and customer visits Handle general administrative work that keeps the sales function moving Growing into outreach Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them for the sales team Reconnect with lapsed and inactive accounts Research and build prospect lists in target markets Take on your own outbound calls and accounts as you build product knowledge What you need Post secondary education in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication in English Comfortable on the phone with customers Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power
