Required Skills & Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Solid expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Ability to configure, implement, and support Absence Management solutions Experience in designing absence plans based on business and legislative requirements Prior work experience in the government sector or similar industry.
