Our Canadian based client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, SAP Manufacturing Solutions to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate should have 12+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in industrial manufacturing environments with minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations is required, along with strong S/4HANA experience.

Should also have proven experience leading functional design and solution architecture.

This is primarily a work from home setting, with approximately 30–50% travel expected.

Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP solutioning for Industrial Manufacturing clients.

Translate complex manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Lead client discovery, executive workshops and fit-to-standard sessions.

Support RFP responses, proposals and client presentations.

Define solution scope, assumptions and functional effort estimates.

Develop industry-specific value propositions and business cases.





Serve as the functional design authority throughout delivery.

Ensure alignment between the proposed solution and implementation outcomes.

Review process designs and blueprint deliverables.

Support scope management and change order discussions.

Provide strategic guidance throughout testing, cutover and hypercare.

Develop reusable industry accelerators and practice IP.

Mentor SAP consultants and functional leads.

Experience with SAP Public Cloud and fit-to-standard methodologies is highly desirable.

Manufacturing Experience Should Include: Plan-to-produce processes.

Engineer-to-order and configure-to-order environments.

Production planning and detailed scheduling. MRP and manufacturing execution.

Quality management.

Service parts and warranty processes.

Project Systems and capital projects.

Supply chain integration.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
