Qualifications and Experience: College Diploma in Information Technology or a related field

Assets: 3 years' experience in a school/board familiar with school processes throughout a school year3 years' experience supporting the School Systems and similar role3 years' experience supporting hardware, customer technical support, help desk experienceITIL processes, change management, A+ certification

Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills

Solid written and oral communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

Self-motivated and directed with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Must have access to an automobile and valid driver's license to meet work expectations

Job Requirements: Valid driver's license.

Clean vulnerable sector police check.

Access to a reliable vehicle.
