Expertise: Deep working knowledge of high-volume NIV/IV processes including PERM and adjustment of status; strong drafting/review skills. Operations: Proven ability to manage SLAs, capacity planning, and complex, deadline-driven workflows. Communication: Executive-ready written and verbal communication; confident client facilitation.
