Charger Logistics is expanding its Finance team and seeks a detail-oriented Assistant Controller. The role involves overseeing the consolidation of financial statements, month-end and year-end close activities, and enhancing internal controls. Qualified candidates will have strong financial reporting skills and a focus on compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial statement consolidation for multiple entities
• Manage month-end and year-end close activities effectively
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance




• Lead and develop the accounting team with coaching and training
• Analyze financial results and investigate significant variances
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required
• Solid knowledge of GAAP/ASPE compliance
• Experience managing intercompany transactions and consolidations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial accounting systems
