IQ Tennis & Pickleball Centre

is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Member Services Desk team member to help us deliver an outstanding experience for our members and guests.

We are a fast-growing sports facility building something special — a positive, welcoming community centered around tennis, pickleball, health, fitness, and connection.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, taking initiative, and being part of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close the facility according to assigned shifts
- Welcome and check in members, guests, and program participants
- Process payments and charges through our booking system
- Assist members with tennis and pickleball bookings
- Troubleshoot booking, account, and registration issues
- Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve concerns professionally
- Manage member accounts and assist users with CourtReserve
- Educate members and guests about memberships, programs, events, court bookings, and facility policies
- Support daily front desk and facility operations
- Help maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and professional environment




- Communicate important information to members and staffIdentify operational issues and take initiative to resolve them or escape them when necessary
- Contribute ideas that improve the member experience and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service, hospitality, recreation, or sports experience is an asset
- Comfortable using technology, online platforms, and booking systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling payments and customer accounts
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Interest in tennis, pickleball, fitness, or community recreation is an asset
- Compensation & Benefits

$18/hour
