We are looking to fill the position of Winter Sports School Sales Representative at Fernie Alpine Resort.

You share your love of the mountains by booking Winter Sports School lessons, camps, and packages.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, previous winter sports school experience, and a positive attitude.

Ensure a comfortable, friendly, safe working environment for both guests and staff Create an atmosphere of relationship building for the guests at initiation of sales and enquiry process Create tailored packages of our products to elevate our clients’ on-mountain experience Have an in-depth knowledge of all WSS products and resort events Do daily cash handling and reconciliations on POS systems Build and enter all guest bookings into the WSS POS Answer phone and email enquiries with professionalism and urgency Maintain and abide by
