Requirements 3+ years experience in managerial role (Shop Foreman, Lead Hand, Supervisor, etc.).

Above average computer skills (Microsoft Office etc.) A proven ability to effectively communicate with team members to achieve desired results. A basic understanding of service department financials, and the capability to analyze and interpret internal reports.

Experience in the agricultural, heavy equipment, or related industry considered an asset.
