When a teacher is away, learning should never stop.

Our full-time In-House Guest Teacher makes sure it doesn’t.

Why This Role Matters

Your consistency builds the trust that makes great lessons possible.

Backbone of the Faculty: Teachers can attend professional learning, lead co-curricular trips, and care for their families with confidence, knowing their classes are in capable hands.

Whole-School Impact: In a single week you may teach across grades, subjects, and divisions, giving you a reach and a view of the school that few roles offer.

Working at WICPurpose-Driven Work: Every role supports student learning and well-being.

Collaborative Culture: Teamwork and mutual respect are central to how we operate.

Inclusive Community: Diverse perspectives are valued, and everyone belongs.

Well-Supported Environment: Strong systems, resources, and leadership support your work.

Independent School Setting: A energetic, relationship-focused workplace with smaller classes and engaged, motivated students.CAIS Accredited: A commitment to best practices and continuous improvement.
