Job Summary We are recruiting for a Direct Hire Construction/Installer Helper opportunity supporting residential and commercial installation projects in the Bracebridge/Huntsville, ON area.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with construction experience who enjoys working on client sites, using tools, taking accurate measurements, and contributing to high-quality finished installations.

Key Responsibilities - Assist with installation of products at client sites and job locations. - Perform accurate measurements to support proper installation and service work.



- Help diagnose service requests and support completion of repair or adjustment tasks. - Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools and equipment at the shop and job sites. - Clean up work areas after each job to ensure a professional and safe site. - Support the team with additional construction, installation, and site duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits - Direct hire, permanent position. - Pay range provided: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. - Additional recruiter-provided range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience. - Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Day shift. - Overtime available. - Medical and dental benefits. - Paid vacation. - Annual bonus. - Not transit accessible. - Company-provided transportation and paid expenses for required non-local travel with the team.
