CLASSIFICATION: RENTAL TECHNICIAN DEPARTMENT: RENTAL SHOP TOTAL REQUIRED: 1 (one) PART TIME REPORTING TO: RETAIL, RENTAL & REPAIR SHOP MANAGER PAY RATE: $18.71 As per Collective Agreement DUTIES: · Maintain and manage rental inventory in accordance with industry standards · Safely set up, adjust, and explain equipment functions to customers · Accurately complete and maintain rental records · Conduct daily checks to ensure all equipment is safe and in proper working condition · Carry out early morning shop setup and end-of-day closing procedures, ensuring all equipment is returned and accounted for · Deliver excellent customer service to provide guests with the best possible experience QUALIFICATIONS:



· Prior experience in a related rental business considered an asset · Familiarity with all aspects of a rental shop · Knowledge and experience with rental shop POS systems (experience with Intouch software is an asset) · Strong overall knowledge of the ski and snowboard industry · Experience handling cash, including daily reports, cash-ups, and float counts · Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while providing polite, professional service to guests · Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly · Awareness of special events and activities at the resort · Availability to work shift work, evenings, weekends, and holidays · Good physical condition with the ability to perform light duty lifting · Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance in line with resort standards PLEASE APPLY TO THE GENERAL OFFICE BY: October 13, 2026 POSTING DATE: October 8, 2026 EXPIRY DATE: October 13, 2026
