Responsibilities Lead all plant operations including cut/bend production, scheduling execution, maintenance, and shipping coordination Ensure daily and weekly production targets are met and aligned with project delivery requirements Drive a strong safety culture and enforce all safety procedures and standards Monitor and manage key performance indicators including throughput, downtime, rework, and schedule adherence Coordinate closely with detailing, estimating, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow from drawing release to shipment Supervise and support foremen/supervisors to maintain consistent performance across shifts Manage equipment maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain reliability Maintain quality standards in alignment with CSA, CRSI, RSIC, and ASTM requirements Identify and implement improvements to workflow, efficiency, and plant layout Operate effectively within a unionized environment, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and established work practices Technical Requirements 5–10+ years of leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or steel fabrication environments Experience in rebar or heavy steel operations is a strong asset Solid understanding of plant operations, production flow,
