Our client, a designer and manufacturer of HVAC solutions, is seeking a Project Coordinator.

Your role combines the coordination and monitoring of development projects and the certification of HVAC products, document management and communicating with stakeholders.

Support product managers and project teams in coordinating development activities; Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation related to projects and certifications; Track timelines, deliverables, and project progress; Conduct analyses, prepare and present project monitoring reports to stakeholders; Participate in resource planning; Organize and coordinate project-related meetings, workshops,



and training sessions; Manage documentation for product certification files Prepare the required documentation for product certifications and certification updates; Follow up on applications with certification agencies until authorizations are obtained; Support product teams in activities related to regulatory compliance; Participate in maintaining and updating existing certifications.

Requirements: Diploma in Administration, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant field; At least 5 years of experience coordinating projects in a multidisciplinary, manufacturing, technical, or industrial workplace; Experience preparing and maintaining technical or regulatory documentation; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Proficiency with MS Office, (Excel, Word and Power

Point); French and English (for certification outside Quebec).
