What you’ll do: The Agronomist works to acquire knowledge and experience to establish credibility and to develop ongoing, profitable sales relationships with the Co-operative’s customers.

Contributes to the overall success of the Agro team through support and cross promotion of Farm & Ranch and Petroleum services and products.

Key responsibilities are but not limited to: Develop long-term customer relationships as a trusted agronomic advisor Build and manage a customer list through proactive customer contact and follow-up Execute sales plans aligned with retail goals and inventory strategies Grow sales and margins across seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products Deliver timely crop scouting and recommendations that lead to product and service sales Promote bundled agronomy solutions, including drone scouting, custom application and soil sampling Support customer events, grower meetings, crop tours, and product demonstrations Cross-sell Farm & Ranch and Petroleum products and services Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Who you Bring: You are looking for a career in agriculture, and you have: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture 3–6 years of ag sales experience and/or agronomy Strong relationship-building and sales skills Confident, practical approach to agronomic problem-solving Valid Class 5 Driver’s License Pesticide Applicator’s License,
