Job Description The Assistant Lodge Manager supports the Project in the day-to-day operations of a remote-workforce accommodation site and helps ensure the secure, efficient, and consistent delivery of camp services.

This role provides hands-on leadership across multiple departments, while supporting service standards, team accountability, guest experience, and operational continuity.
