Description: Retail sales person to provide strong customer service to potential patrons by greeting customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase.

Advise customers on use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services.

Estimate or quote prices for purchase sought including warranties and delivery dates.

Assist in display of merchandise.

Maintain sales records for inventory control.

Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.

Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.

Operates espresso and coffee equipment for beverage preparation with attentive customer service on the retail floor.

Qualifications: Robust interpersonal skills and good command of the English language, Grade 12 education, willingness to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends, must have the ability to follow instructions and retain information provided.

Must be bondable.
