• Initiate contact and assess client needs

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in social work
• 1-3 years of experience with vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of community resources
• Current Explicit Police Reference Check for Vulnerable Sector
