Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs routinely
• Perform painting and minor carpentry tasks
• Inspect premises for maintenance and safety compliance




• Adhere to policies, ensuring protected working practices
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Capability to perform physical duties and move heavy objects

• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance skills
