Our Customer Service Representatives are the warm, knowledgeable voice partners rely on every day. Youll help salons and barbershops with orders, product questions, and any issues that come up — always with care and professionalism. If you love helping people, solving problems, and building relationships, youll thrive on our Customer Care team.


What youll do



  • Process orders and respond to partner enquiries

  • Resolve issues quickly with care and professionalism

  • Advise partners on products and promotions

  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams


What were looking for



  • 1+ years of customer service or call-centre experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with order systems and multitasking

  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented

  • Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
