Catholic Social Services is seeking a part time Community Disability Worker in Edmonton on a one-year contract. The role focuses on client-centered care, safety, and coordinated supports for individuals in the home and community.

You will work 16 hours weekly, with responsibilities spanning assessment, care plan implementation, behavior support, medication administration and daily living tasks, all while maintaining documentation and collaborating with the team.
