We are seeking a Year 2 Co-op Student to join our IT team from January 4 to April 30, 2027. In this role, you'll tackle end-user technology challenges, device management, and cybersecurity tasks. Collaborate closely with the IT supervisor and employees to improve overall IT services and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in device setup and inventory management
• Support user account administration tasks




• Document support tickets and technical procedures
• Collaborate on IT projects and system upgrades
Requirements:
• Canadian Citizen or PR Holder legally eligible to work
• Enrolled in a co-op or work-integrated learning program
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
• Availability for on-site work at Burnaby
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices is a plus
