Sales Administrator

Salary: $42,000–$46,000 annually | Full-Time | Comprehensive Perks

Upper James Toyota, part of the family-owned and operated Parkway Motors Auto Group, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.

This is an important behind-the-scenes role supporting our Sales Management team and ensuring the smooth administration of vehicle sales, inventory and dealership reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

- Process and verify recent and used vehicle deals, ensuring accurate commissions, rebates, incentives and delivery details.

- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly and periodic sales and traffic reports.

- Manage vehicle orders through Toyota's dealer portal.

- Coordinate dealer trades and monitor incoming vehicle inventory.

- Maintain accurate vehicle information, pricing, descriptions and photos on our dealership website.

- Work closely with Sales Managers and other departments to keep processes running smoothly.

- Provide additional administrative support to the General Manager and Sales team as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with details, numbers and spreadsheets, and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong numerical aptitude and a high degree of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.





- Explicit communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

- A positive, dependable and professional attitude.

- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset.

- Basic accounting knowledge is a definite plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business or Business Administration is an asset.
