Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Office Equipment Road Technician to join our team in

Barrie, ON. If you enjoy working with technology, solving connectivity challenges, and

Key Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively with a team to diagnose, repair and maintain office equipment

including:

o Photocopiers

o Printers

o Postage machines

* Configure and install Sharp, Ricoh, Kyocera, Lexmark, HP, and Francotyp Postalia equipment.

* Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.

* Install drivers and provide customer training on the use of installed equipment.

* Deliver and implement software solutions as part of the installation process.

Requirements:

Strong computer and basic networking skills.

Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.

Excellent communication skills for training customers.

* Willingness to learn: training will be provided for the specific equipment and software

solutions used.





*Class G valid driver licence

*Previous Photocopier Technician experience preferred but will train the successful candidate if required.
