What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)As a crucial part of our production crew, you will handle custom container modifications and structural fabrication from blueprint to final build:

- Custom Fabrication: Cutting, coping,



and complete fabrication of custom skids and modifying container structures.
- Layout & Assembly: Laying out structural penetrations and completing material preparation (grinding, drilling, cutting, clamping, and assembly).
- Print Reading: Working directly with our Production Supervisor and Lead Hand to read prints, follow work orders, and plan material/tool requirements.
- Welding & Structuring: Performing high-quality bolt-ups or structural welding of parts.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)We are looking for a trustworthy, hardworking professional who takes immense pride in clean, precise work.

- Journeyman Certification: Must be a fully ticketed tradesperson.
- CWB Certifications: Valid FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and MCAW (Metal-Cored Arc Welding) qualifications are required.
- Independence & Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot on the fly and work productively with minimal supervision.
- Team Player: A reliable, positive attitude who collaborates well with a crew.
