We are currently seeking a a highly organized and results-oriented Estimation Coordinator to join our team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop cost estimates from contract drawings and specifications independently.
- Create budget estimates based on conceptual renderings.
- Source pricing for specialty components and subcontractor work.
- Research manufacturers and obtain equipment/component pricing.
- Accurately estimate project hours, including detailing, project management, and installation.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to align scope and estimate documentation.
- Evaluate and negotiate bids to secure competitive pricing.
- Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Prepare proposal for various project prequalification for upcoming projects.

Skills / Abilities:

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple details,



prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously
- Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels
- Self-motivator and responsible attitude
- Hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing and controls works are preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Post-Secondary degree in mechanical engineering
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, BIM (preferred)
- Driver's License G
