We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Route Service Driver to join our team! Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely deliveries, maintain excellent customer relationships, and promote our products through upselling and merchandising. Duties

- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting and proper handling techniques
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns




- Promote additional products or services through upselling opportunities during deliveries
- Organize and plan daily routes efficiently using organizational skills to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, pricing information, and inventory records while ensuring proper merchandising on-site
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status, route changes, or issues encountered

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery services is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Demonstrated ability in sales or upselling techniques to increase product penetration
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and handle merchandise safely
- Basic math skills for handling pricing, measurements, and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills for route planning and time management
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail environments is a plus
