In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk—you will be the heartbeat of our showroom, managing the flow of a bustling retail environment and ensuring every guest feels valued. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or traditional administration and want a high-energy environment, we want to meet you.

Job Duties:

- Act as the face of the dealership, welcoming showroom guests, tracking visitor traffic, and connecting clients with the right departments
- Oversee our multi-line phone hub, managing incoming inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a genuinely helpful attitude
- Maintain the presentation of our client lounge, reception area, and refreshment hubs so they remain immaculate and inviting
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and special projects as the workflow demands
- Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of front-facing customer service experience (hospitality, retail customer service, or office administration is highly valued)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Comfortable navigating digital tools, including standard email suites, spreadsheets, and basic MS Office applications
- Exceptional multitasking skills, a naturally positive demeanor under pressure, and clear, professional verbal communication

- The expected compensation range for this role is $17.95 - $19.50 /hour (The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)
