Interior Designer – Royal Home Improvements

Royal Home Improvements is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Designer to join our agile team. As a certified interior designer, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including creating realistic 3D renderings, millwork drawings, product selection, ordering materials, and overseeing project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 3D renderings and millwork drawings for residential projects
- Assist with product selection and sourcing materials to match project specifications and client preferences
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product orders and deliveries
- Oversee the project management process, ensuring design work is implemented correctly and on schedule
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Stay current on design trends, new materials, and software to maintain cutting-edge expertise

Qualifications:

- Certified Interior Designer (must provide proof of certification)
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering programs)




- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating detailed renderings and millwork drawings
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in large scale residential building and renovation projects
- Knowledge of building codes and design standards
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
- Customer service
