We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Event Setup & Takedown Helpers to support a variety of events in St. John's. This is a flexible, call-in position ideal for individuals looking for casual work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidates will assist with setting up event spaces, moving equipment and furniture, and completing teardown activities after events. No food service or serving duties are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set up tables, chairs, linens, signage, décor, and event equipment
- Load and unload event supplies and materials
- Assist with room layouts and event space preparation
- Move and arrange equipment safely and efficiently
- Support event logistics and last-minute setup requirements
- Maintain organized storage and equipment areas
- Complete event teardown and cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Ability to lift and carry equipment safely
- Previous experience in events, moving,



warehouse, construction, or general labour is an asset but not required
